Incorrect on this as Mike (the rider of the motorcycle) was married to a Gee but the actually relation to the now deceased and Mike's wife is cousin.

The funeral is tomorrow at noon if I'm not mistaken (27th) and I bet Mike will not be around but could be found hiding at his deceased mothers place possibly if anyone cares t ask him why he would drink and drive with a passenger on the back of a motorcycle.

That's a good thought but when you live in a country where laws and sentences for crimes are decided on by bleeding liberals, the most he will get will be 5 - 10 years but will be out in half the time for "good behaviour". Tell me this about out criminal justices system, how is the real punished party in cases as this?

Ya, I wondered if he would show up at the funeral or not. That is a very tough call and one that the family would have to make together. In one sense he is the husband of the cousin of the deceased, but he is also the one responsible for her death.

I am kind of curious though, this was at a birthday party...surely there must have been some other adults around to prevent this situation from happening in the first place?

Actually the older brother of Mike went to the funeral to show his support as the elder of the family and I think to show remorse for his brothers bad actions and choices that fatal day.

Then I would admire him for his courage and integrity for making the commitment to perform that difficult task on behalf of his family. Imagine!
