I have not made this yet...but will be doing so. It's a recipe from the Christie's vanilla wafer box. They are found in the baking section at Sobey's, not in the cookie dept.

EASY NILLA TIRAMISU
(with fresh raspberries on top!)
I think I will half it! As this recipe makes 12 servings!

1 T. instant coffee
2T hot water
1/4 cup icing sugar sifted
1 pkg cream cheese softened 250g
2 1/4 c. Cool Whip ( I bought the Compliments brand & it tastes good!)
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1 square semi-sweet bakers choc...grated...or a choc bar.

Add coffee to hot water. Dissolve.Add to cream cheese in med bowl.
Beat with wire whisk until blended.
Add icing sugar. Mix well.
Stir in whipped topping.

Place 16/half of the wafers on the bottom of a 9 inch sq dish.
Cover with half the topping mixture.
Repeat wafer layer and topping.

Cover and refrig. several hours or overnight to blend flavours.
Top with raspberries just before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
