2 lbs of hamburg
2 eggs well beaten
1 small onion cut up fine (I grate mine on a grater)
Mix well and form meatballs, fry in pan until cooked. When cooked drain off grease.
Then add (I mix in a separate bowl)
3 tbls Corn starch
¾ cup of Pineapple Juice
2 tbls Soya sauce
3 tbls White Vinegar
¼ cup of Brown sugar
¼ cup of Ketchup
½ cup of water
1 cup pineapple
2 green peppers cut in thin strips
(sauce can be doubled)
Then add to meatballs and simmer 20 minutes and enjoy
