Severe thunderstorm watch for
Simcoe - Delhi - Norfolk continued

At 4:50 PM EDT the radar is indicating that an intense thunderstorm is moving east towards morganston. Main threats with this storm is torrential downpours of 50 millimetres in an hour or less and risk of a brief tornado.

Scattered thunderstorms will continue to develop this afternoon north of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Some of these thunderstorms may reach severe limits with main threats being heavy downpours..Strong winds and risk of a brief tornado.
