Missing Dog!

I'm posting this for my neighbour who lives across the street from me. He recently has lost his jack russell terrier in Port Dover. He got off of his run on 28 Grand Street (by the liftbridge). He answers to the name of "Buddy", is about one years old, behaves nicely in cars, but does not like being on a leash. He's very friendly, and loves people and other dogs.
