I might pay 4-5000 but thats about it, with those km's 9000 is a tough sell, plus its going on ten years old already.

I didn't just pull the number out of a hat. I asked a couple of dealers before I decided to sell the truck and they said because of the overall condition, options and maintenance history they would sell the truck for that price $8,900). One dealer told me it was worth $10,000.

also just for the record - look up a truck like this (1998-2000 GMC Sierra Z71) on autotrader.ca in Ontario and they list anywhere from $9,500 to $15,995.
