You are missing my points, personally i dont give a rats hoot if you drive and pollute the world but I also dont give a hoot if a person smokes on the side of the road either, while some how you do.

My apologies if I misread your comments but it sure sounded alot like your all for banning of smoking everywhere, even outside. If this is the case then that is why I called you a hyprocrite, if thats not the case then my bad

I do believe that smokers have the right to smoke, if they wish.

In this age of political correctness, it worries me much more that governments at all levels are making it their business to micro-manage almost every facet of their citizens lives.
