I just called Queensway Veterinary Hospital hoping to book an appointment for my wife's dog.
The receptionist was not friendly at all and in fact was rude.
I could barely hear her because of the noise in the background and it seemed as though I was disturbing her.
She stated in a stern tone "we're booking 2 weeks in advance".
Then she suggested (same unfriendly tone) that we shouldn't wait that long for the appt. we require. (vaccinations and heart worm)
I'm just wondering if anyone out there has had similar problems here.
They've lost my business for sure.
