Feeds 5-6 people SWISS CHICKEN CASSEROLE
2lbs. boneless skinless breasts
Swiss Chees (sliced or grated) 10 slices
Mushroom soup (14oz.) 1 can
White Wine(dry)1/4 cup
Seasoned Stuffing Mix 2 cups
9x13 pan
Arrange the chicken in dish
combine soup and wine and spread over chicken and cheese
Sprinkle top with dry stuffing mix
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour covered and the last 10 minutes uncover
This is great served with Fettucini
