What can I do to go to sleep tonight? It's never usually a problem, but tonight, it isn't happening. Tried pain relievers, warm milk, cuddling the dog. the best of course would be wild and passionate xxx but hubby's asleep and won't be disturbed. Hmmmmmmm watch a boring movie I guess.

try valerian, available off the shelf at any drug store, and doesn't leave you feeling all dopey in the a.m.

Ah...great night's sleep last night. Acutally slept in to 6:45. The world looks beautiful again!

A shift nurses trick when they can't sleep during the day after nights, is 50mg of gravol. It's not addictive and doesn't give a "hangover" that some sleep aids do. It just makes you a "little" drowsy so you can fall asleep.
