| Did right by me! I had the tub and surround done a week ago and by accident the guy made a bit of a mess of my wall, plaster and paint missing LOL They called today and are going to credit my account for the work I now have to do to fix it! This is HOW customer service should be! I am very pleased | |

| Car is fixed to my liking. I guess it helps dealing with the owner of the place and NOT a salesman! | |

| I would say that they may be expensive for some people but they do such a great job that it is worth the money. It also depends on what you want done and whether you want to do any of the prep work yourself. Estimates are free so give them a call. They are very good about coming out ASAP if you have a problem after the installation. No mess is left behind when they are finished either. | |

| wish i had the good luck and customer service you've had recently....we had a whole bunch of renovations done lately...and we've had lots of problems..and very little luck getting these problems solved. Had our basement finished by a company that ONLY does basements....most of the work is great but they installed faulty carpet (very obvious that its a manufacturing defect)...the company has accused us of damaging it and doesn't want to fix the problem...we finally have arranged for the owner of the company to come have a look...maybe then it will get fixed. We also had a major kitchen reno done...from one of the 'big box' companies...nothing but incompetence and laziness...job was supposed to be finished in mid-July....we are still waiting to hear when the job might be finished. I've learned my lesson...I'll stick with local contractors from now on. | |

| We had Home Depot do our basement renovations. I must say that all of the work was done by local individuals and we are more than happy with the quality of work. The carpet wouldn't be my choice again, but it was my selection. The only complaint was the time it took from start to finish. Estimated time three weeks. Actual time, nine weeks. To compensate, the one fellow tiled the kitchen back splash at no charge. (Just a small kitchen) They weren't on our job every day and that's what slowed down the process. We hired a local fellow to paint the main floor, upper staircase and hallway. He did a great job too but again, it took him longer than anticipated. I think the super tall staircase slowed him down a lot. In his estimate, he asked that we provide his lunch on Saturday!!!! Not a problem but an unusual request I think. My brother who lives in Delhi just had his kitchen renovated. Local fellow custom designed and built the whole thing. The workmanship is excellent! I guess we've been lucky. | |
