1lb. lean gr. beef
1 can chili with beans
1 jar chunky salsa 650ml. (mild)
1 container Herb & Garlic cream cheese
1 small container sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese (of your choice)
diced tomatoes
shredded lettuce
sliced black olives
tortilla chips (scoops work the best)
Fry the gr. beef in large frying pan, drain, add the can of chili and the jar of salsa let simmer for abit to let the flavors mix. Meanwhile mix the cream cheese and the sour cream together in small bowl, then spread into the bottom of a 13 x 9 dish. pour the meat mixture on top of the cream cheese, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the meat, then add the diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and olives or any other topping of your choice.
Serve with the tortilla chips or crackers.
This is really good dip, my girls keep asking for it all the time.
