coca-cola gravy
1 can original coca-cola 1 can pieces & stems mushrooms 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix all of the above ingredients together, pour over your choice of roast, bake in oven at 350 until the roast is done. The gravy cooks with the roast and makes a nice brown & thick gravy.

Hmmmm, very interesting coke ingredient. Does it give the gravy a sweet taste?

maybe a tad bit, but with the rest of the seasoning like your salt, pepper and garlic what not, it is pretty good, something different.

I have done something similar in the slow cooker using a roast of beef and Mountain Dew. Have to give your recipe a try!
